Get Rid Of Crows Feet With One Simple Face Exercise Try this simple one step to tone the underlying muscles around the eyes. This combination of exercise and massage causes the skin to tighten – thereby lifting the skin and reducing eye wrinkles. Facial exercises have been around for years but have not been taken seriously until recently. People are starting to realize that it is possible to slow down the aging process and keep that firm, tight skin we once had in our 20’s and 30’s. This is not to say that face exercises will make a 50 year old look 20 again. But it is possible to age gracefully and look great well into our 70’s and 80s’s. Face exercises are the non-invasive, natural face lift of the 21 century. Gone are those tight, pulled back face lift procedures where nobody even recognizes who you are. With face exercises, you’ll still look like yourself, just more refreshed and awake. Facial flexing and isometric facial exercises are more like a mini face lift with small gradual changes slowly reducing puffy eyes, eye wrinkles and sagging jowls – all contributing to a younger, healthier look. Ok, Ready? Try this simple face exercise specifically for eye wrinkles: 1. Place a thumb from each hand at the outer corner of each eye. Thumbs should be facing out towards your temple – your other fingers can rest on the top of your head. 2. Shut your eyes and squeeze them tightly. Then slide your thumbs from the corners of the eyes out towards your temples. Do not STRECH the skin; just glide your thumbs firmly over the tightly contracted eye muscles. The sliding/gliding motion over a contracted muscle is what makes this exercise so effective and doesn’t not stretch out or damage the skin ….i.e. causing further eye wrinkles. 3. Repeat this process 10 times. Try this exercise every day for a month or two and you’ll see results that will impress you.
